 INTERNATIONAL PhD PROGRAM in ARTERIAL HYPERTENSION and VASCULAR BIOLOGY (ARHYVAB)

The 5th edition of the Spring School within the International PhD Program in Arterial

Hypertension and Vascular Biology (ARHYVAB) of the University of Padua, a Joint PhD

Program with the University of Rome Sapienza, will take place in Trento (Italy) from April 20 to

April 23.

The School is open to anyone interested in gaining a deeper insight into the pathophysiology

and treatment of arterial hypertension. The program will feature internationally renowned

speakers who will discuss innovative and translational aspects of hypertension research in a

truly international and interdisciplinary environment.

This initiative reflects the strong commitment of the University of Padua to internationalization,

a core value deeply rooted in its more than 800-year history and embodied in the motto

Universa Universis Patavina Libertas. Participation of ARHYVAB PhD students in the EU-

funded EU MSCA-COFUND (UNIPhD) Program further testifies to the international nature of

the PhD.

This year, to facilitate interaction among participants, the program will include more free time

for networking and several activities beyond traditional talks.
